Soheil Bakhtiari is a PhD candidate in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering of Western University. Focusing on the risk assessment of interconnected critical infrastructures facing multi-hazards, he is interested in climate change-related research that informs resilient infrastructure development. At WeCLISH Centre, Soheil expects to leverage its collaborative platform to deepen his understanding of climate change impacts on health and sustainable livelihoods and engage in meaningful knowledge exchange, fostering interdisciplinary connections and collectively influencing positive changes in policies and practices for climate resilience.
